MMAD Swim 2021

February 5, 2021

The club has more open water success with Robbe and Noah placing first and third at Mt Martha

Our open water swimmers are relishing the opportunities to be back in the water and competing.

The Mount Martha Australia Day (MMAD) swim is one of the feature events on the open water swimming calendar.  The swim is coordinated by Mount Martha Life Saving Club and is one of the safest swims with over 100 water safety personnel supporting swimmers over the day.  There is an event to suit all abilities from the 200 metre Nipper swim and 400 metre Novice to the main event of the day being the 1.2km Swim.

Robbe Dilissen swam a great race and placed first overall across all divisions. Noah O'Donnell placed second in his category and third overall across all divisions.

The club is very proud of these results and looks forward to watching our open water swimmers over the coming weeks.

Congratulations Robbe and Noah!
